Flexiseal® DA 600

The Flexiseal® DA 600 dry applied system is mechanically fixed on site to create a monolithic, waterproof covering. The Flexiseal® system comprises of GRP panels mechanically fixed to the roof deck and sealed with a GRP laminate to create a strong waterproofing membrane. On completion of the laminate, a polyester gel-coat is applied creating a UV stable structure. Specifications are available for the fixture to all flat roof decking substrates, including Timber, Metal, Concrete and Wood Wool Slab, giving great versatility in today’s construction industry. The system can be applied to any roof area regardless of the size, shape or complexity and can be pigmented to any colour or simulated to any finish i.e. lead, zinc or copper. All the materials utilised in the Flexiseal® dry applied system are factory made and arrive on site preformed, minimising on site labour, making the system quick and easy to install.

Guaranteed For 25 Years..

FuturA RooF Ltd guarantee that the Flexiseal® DA 600 gram system will perform as a leak free waterproofing membrane for a minimum period of twenty five years. We provide insurance backing for the first ten years of the guarantee on all domestic contracts, which underwrites the company guarantee for workmanship and/or faulty materials. This gives our clients peace of mind that in the unlikely event that the company ceases trading (as defined within the policy) the insurance cover would take over the guarantee and honour its terms and conditions for the remaining period of the cover. The insurance can be extended after a 10 year period to insure for a maximum of 20 years. A 20 year insurance warranty is available on all commercial contracts (terms & conditions apply).

Component Overview...

Glass Reinforced Polyester more commonly known as Fibreglass or Glassfibre is a matrix of Polyester Resins and Fibreglass Matting cured with a liquid peroxide catalyst. GRP is classed as a Thermoset and has high resistance to heat, short wave radiation and UV radiation giving high resistance to degradation caused by thermal cycling. All the resins utilised in the Flexiseal® DA 600 dry applied system are specifically formulated for roofing applications and are technologically modified to achieve a flexible, UV stable and fire retardant construction. Both resins and top-coats are suitably optimised to tolerate building and thermal stress.

Flexiseal Eco...

Rigid insulation boards can be incorporated into the Flexiseal® DA 600 dry applied system providing excellent heat retention and condensation control. A range of insulation’s can be utilised, including Bitumen Impregnated Fibreboard, Polyurethane and Phenolic dependant on the required insulation values or properties in relation to fire etc.
