FuturA RooF Ltd provides insurance backed guarantees on all domestic contracts. This insurance backing underwrites the company guarantee for defective workmanship and/or faulty materials.
This gives our clients peace of mind that in the unlikely event that the company ceases trading (as defined within the policy) the insurance cover would take over the guarantee and honour its terms and conditions for the remaining period of the cover.

Your Guarantee
Part 1: Installation
FuturA RooF Ltd guarantee that if within the guarantee period following installation the waterproofing membrane proves to be defective by way of a fault in our installation procedure, we undertake to repair free of charge to the Purchaser Owner and/or Tenant that section of the roof in question.
Part 2: Surface Coating Materials
FuturA RooF Ltd guarantee that the materials supplied will have an effective life for at least the period of the guarantee. If the waterproofing membrane proves to be defective in the guarantee period by reason of a fault in the system components (materials) FuturA RooF Ltd will undertake to repair free of charge to the Purchaser Owner and/or Tenant that section of the roof in question.
